Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is applicable to the mobile applications and websites (hereinafter referred to as "Applications"), which was developed by ANU (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".

What information does the Applications obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Applications do not ask you to create an account with the Service Provider. Some features, such as cloud saves, achievements and leaderboards, work through an account you already have with Google Play Games, Apple Game Center or CrazyGames, if you choose to sign in. The Applications then use that account to identify you and to store your game progress with it. If you contact the Service Provider by email, they receive your email address and what you write to them.

The Service Provider may also use the information you provided them to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Applications may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Applications.

This also includes your device's advertising identifier (where your device settings allow it), crash reports, and records of the ads you see and the in-app purchases you make. Most of this information is collected by the third-party services listed below, which the Applications use for analytics, crash reports, ads, install attribution, payments and cloud saves.

Does the Applications collect precise real time location information of the device?

The Applications do not ask for access to your device's location and do not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The third-party services listed below may estimate your approximate location, such as your country or city, from your IP address. The Service Provider sees this approximate location in aggregated analytics, for example to learn in which countries the Applications are played, and the advertising services may use it to show ads that fit your region.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Applications?

The Applications send the information described above to the third-party services listed below, which process it to provide their services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Please note that the Applications utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Applications. Not every Application uses every service on this list.

  • Google Play Services and Google Play Games Services: sign-in, cloud saves, achievements, leaderboards, purchases, updates and reviews on Android.
  • Google AdMob: ads, and the consent message shown where the law requires it.
  • Google Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Remote Config, Realtime Database): usage statistics, crash reports, game settings, and the progress export in Titan Soul.
  • Apple (App Store, Game Center, iCloud): purchases, sign-in, achievements, leaderboards and cloud saves on iOS.
  • Unity (Unity Ads, ironSource, Unity In-App Purchasing, Unity Gaming Services): ads, purchases and game services.
  • AppLovin: ads.
  • Meta (Meta Audience Network, Meta Install Referrer): ads, and telling which installs came from ads on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Pangle: ads.
  • Mintegral: ads.
  • Liftoff: ads.
  • Tenjin: install attribution, that is, which ad led to an install, and the purchases and ad revenue that followed it.
  • CrazyGames: the browser version of Titan Soul, with your CrazyGames account, cloud saves and ads.
  • Xsolla: payments in the browser version of Titan Soul.
  • Cloudflare: delivery of game files, time checks, and hosting and visit statistics for this website.

AppLovin, Meta, Pangle, Mintegral, Liftoff, Unity and ironSource serve their ads through Google AdMob mediation.

Purchases: In-app purchases are paid through Google Play, the App Store or, in the browser version of Titan Soul, Xsolla. You enter your payment details with them, not in the Applications. The Service Provider receives a record of the purchase (the product, its price and a receipt) to deliver what you bought.

Cloudflare: On Android and iOS, Titan Soul downloads part of its game files (downloadable content such as dungeons and distant world regions) from Cloudflare's content delivery network and storage (content-packs.titan-souls.anu-games.com). The browser version of Titan Soul on CrazyGames loads its game files from Cloudflare as well (crazy-games.titan-souls.anu-games.com). Cloudflare is used to deliver these game files quickly and reliably. For each file request, Cloudflare receives your device's IP address, the time of the request, the requested file, the user agent and other basic technical request data. No account data and no personal data from your game save are sent with these requests. Cloudflare handles this data under its own Privacy Policy.

Time checks: On Android and iOS, Titan Soul checks the current date and time with the public time servers of Google and Cloudflare (time.google.com, time.cloudflare.com). The browser version asks a time service of the Service Provider that runs on Google Cloud. These requests carry no account data and no data from your game save.

Progress export: If you choose Export Progress in the settings of Titan Soul, your game save is uploaded to Google Firebase under a random code, so that you can import it on another device with that code.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

This website

This website (www.anu-games.com) is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare receives the same basic request data for every page you open. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to the website without cookies. The website sets no cookies of its own and loads no advertising tags; it only remembers the language you choose, in your browser's local storage. The website has no accounts and no forms. Links to the app stores, CrazyGames and social networks lead to sites with their own privacy policies.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can halt all collection of information by the Applications easily by uninstalling the Applications. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile Applications marketplace or network.

You can also limit how your data is used for ads: reset or delete your device's advertising identifier, or turn off ad personalization, in your device's privacy settings. On iOS, the Applications can use the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when asked. Where the law requires consent, the Applications ask for it with Google's consent message before ads are shown.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Applications and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Service Provider will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Applications, please contact them at support@anu-games.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Applications to function properly.

In Titan Soul you can also delete your game progress yourself, on the device and in your cloud save, with Delete Progress in the game's settings.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Applications does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (support@anu-games.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve their Applications. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-10-26

Your Consent

By using the Applications, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
